Day
01: Bangalore – Mysore
(140 kms. – 04 hrs.) - On arrival our representative will greet you at
Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station. Later proceed to Mysore. Enroute visit
Srirangapatanam where one can see the spectacular island fortress of
Srirangapatnam, the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. Other
attractions at Srirangapatnam are Daria Doulata – Tippu Sultan’s Summer
Palace & Gumbuz – Tippu’s Mausoleum. Later proceed to Mysore the land with
numerous domes, towers and battlements; it is sheer luxury in the form of
a palace. Reach & check-in at the hotel & relax amidst the comforts of

Day 02 : Mysore
- After the breakfast proceed to visit the sprawling Maharaja’s Palace
with its outstanding treasures and ivory inlaid doors. Having splendid
affair with intricate carvings on the huge palatial doors should not be
missed on any account. It is lavishly decorated with stained glasses,
mirrors, pillars, paintings and jewels. Also visit St. Philomena’s Church,
a beautiful Cathedral reminiscent of Medieval Architecture with stained
glass Windows and lofty Towers. Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the
country was established in 19th century and houses many endangered
species. Later drive outside the city to Chamundi Hills to visit huge
Nandi Bull statue. Explore your evening by proceeding to Brindavan Gardens
which is one of its kind in the country and located 19 kms from Mysore.
The World Famous Terrace Gardens with Musical Fountains which gets
transformed into a dreamland by night with swirling waters, colourful
lights and melodious music that comes alive once the sun sets. This
ornamental garden is situated at the base of Krishnaraja Sagar dam across

Day 03 : Mysore - Ooty
(164 kms. – 04½ hrs.) - After the breakfast proceed to Ooty, the land
where green mountains and azure sky roll down to embrace quivering beds of
crimson roses below. This place not only provides natural splendors, but
also gives you a taste of its various man-made wonders. On the way you can
watch Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary, Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary along with
Kalhatty Waterfalls. Bandipur & Mudumalai is the home for about 25 tigers,
700 wild elephants, leopards, panthers, 1,000 gaur (Indian bison), bears,
bonnet monkeys, horned antelopes, flying squirrels, hyenas and eagles.
Kalhatty Waterfalls is a mesmerizing experience with breath taking view on
both sides of the road to Kalhatty. Reach & Check-in at your hotel. Relax

sightseeing. The major attractions are Botanical Garden, a stylish garden

Day 04 : Ooty
- After the breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Coonoor, the place
surrounded by the tea plantations. The major attractions are Pasteur
Institute, just opposite to the Sim's Park, established in 1907. Sim's
Park is the place where individual tree specimens are planted all over the
place, giving a special charm to the park. This beautiful park is situated
in a deep ravine and has eight major sections. The winding footpaths
spreaded all over the park is the most distinctive and lovable feature of
this park. Lamb's Rock is 08 kms. from Coonoor and on the way to Dolphin's
Nose. It commands a grand view of the Coimbatore Plains. Laws Falls is a
beautiful picnic spot, situated at Coonoor-Mettupalayam road at a distance
of 07 kms. from Coonoor. The height of the falls is about 180 feets. It is

Day 05: Ooty – Kodaikanal
(280 kms. - 07 hrs.) - After the breakfast proceed to Kodaikanal. Enroute

are Museum at Shenbaganur "Shenbagam" or "Michelia Nilagririca" is a tree
endemic in the South Indian hill forests with an impressive collection of
stuffed-birds and the butterflies. Here one can see a wide ranging
collection of birds classified into ground birds, water birds, tree birds.
Dolmen Circle where one can find the presence of pre-historic remains
dating back to 5000 BC. Berijam Lake, a must see place as sighting of
bison, leopard and other chirping birds are very common here. Pillar Rocks
are three granite boulders which are seen standing vertically shoulder to
shoulder vertically measuring to a height of about 122 meters (400 feet),
providing a beautiful view. Neptune's Pools are a series of crystal clear
rock pools, formed by a stream that runs through pine forests. Overnight

Day 07 : Kodaikanal –
Bangalore (480 kms. – 12
hrs.) - After the breakfast proceed to Bangalore. Reach and check-in at

building of the Neo-Dravidian style which houses the State Legislature.
